Account Management

You can open a new account online by visiting our website and clicking on the "Open Account" button. You'll need to provide some personal information, identification documents, and make an initial deposit. Alternatively, you can visit any of our branches with valid ID to open an account in person.

You can check your account balance through our web app, online banking portal, by calling our automated phone system at , or by visiting any of our ATMs or branch locations. Account balances are updated in real-time for most transactions.

To set up direct deposit, provide your employer with your account number and our routing number (123456789). You can find a direct deposit authorization form in the transfer section of your account. Most direct deposits become effective within 1-2 pay cycles after submission.

Cards & Payments

You can activate your new card by calling the number on the sticker attached to the card, through our web app under "Cards" or by making a purchase with your PIN at any point-of-sale terminal. For security reasons, we recommend changing your PIN after activation.

If your card is lost or stolen, report it immediately by calling our 24/7 customer service at , through the web app, or Community Credit. We'll deactivate the card to prevent unauthorized use and issue a replacement. In most cases, replacement cards arrive within 3-5 business days.

To dispute a transaction, log into Community Credit or the web app and select the transaction in question. Click on "Dispute This Charge" and follow the prompts. You can also call customer service or visit a branch to file a dispute. We typically resolve disputes within 10 business days.

Security & Privacy

We use industry-leading encryption, multi-factor authentication, and continuous monitoring to protect your information. Our systems are regularly audited and updated to maintain the highest security standards. We never share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

If you suspect fraud, contact our fraud department immediately at . They are available 24/7. You should also change your online banking password and review your recent transactions. We'll work with you to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action to secure your account.

We recommend changing your password every 90 days for optimal security. Your password should be unique, contain a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters, and should not be used for other websites. Our system will prompt you when it's time to update your password.
